A typical TSG refurbishment/relocation project includes:
1. First a TSG site visit is made to your location to survey the machine and provide quotation.
2. With receipt of a Purchase Order a second visit with technicians is made to disassemble and package machine for shipment to Dublin Virginia, USA where repair/refurbishment work will be performed.
3. Customer visits Dublin, Virginia when work is complete for a machine runoff for demonstration of machine capability and production performance.
4. TSG disassembles and packages machine for shipment to any location worldwide.
5. TSG visits new location with technicians to reassemble and startup machine and demonstrate performance to obtain Customer sign-off.
6. Machine repairs are guaranteed for 1 year from Dublin runoff and pre-acceptance date.
7. TSG conducts training if required.
8. TSG continues to support system with spare parts and technical advice.

Project Case Study:
Turnkey Solution for Refurbishing and Shipping Machinery to Brazil
We disassembled machinery in the US and put it in our shop. The plan is to clean and totally refurbish the machinery to meet our customer's requirements in reliability of the equipment. The machine is 10 years old and was originally build in Europe. It is a state of the art brake pad press with a max force of 160 metric tons. It is a fully automated machine which, depending on the cycle time, can press up to 500 brake pads per hour!
After the machine is refurbished and fully assembled in our shop the customer will visit and inspect the machine. A test run is scheduled for end of February where the customer will sign off the machine. It is very critical that this machine will perform "like new" since the customer will run this machine 24/7 and relies on its performance to meet their customers expectation.
On this project we provide a turn key solution:
Disassembly and transport to our facility
Order all necessary parts needed for the refurbishing process
Total rebuild of hydraulic components (cylinder hard chrome and resealing process, hydraulic unit refurbishment etc.)
Total rebuild of pneumatic components as (cylinder exchange, valve exchange, pressure test etc.)
Electrical rebuild (motor testing, brakers, contactors, complete wiring check etc.)
Software check (Siemens S7, pro tool etc.)
Complete installation and test run after the refurbishing process (customer is present during this time)
Disassembly of equipment
Packing with ISPM certified crates
